Refund policy  

Returns 
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if size is not fitting or they are damaged. If you need to exchange, please send us an email at sales@slipnstop.com with your order number and details so that we can share necessary details.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once the item is received back and it has passed our quality control, we will then proceed to add credit to your account which you will get an email confirmation for. This credit can be redeemed in store or for future purchases online.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
